LCD display mode

There are three types of LCD display: reflective, transparent and semi-transparent. Reflective LCDS have a reflective panel on the back of the bottom polarizer, which is typically used outdoors and in well-lit offices. Fully transparent LCD bottom polarizer is fully polarized, it needs continuous use of backlight, generally in poor light environment.Semi-transparent LCD is in between the above two, the bottom polarizer can partially reflect light, and generally with a backlight, when the light is good, you can turn off the backlight;When the light is poor, the backlight can be lit by LCD.LCD display mode is also divided into positive and negative. Positive LCD displays black words on white background, best in reflected and semi-transparent LCD.The negative LCD displays white words on black background. It is generally used in full-transparent LCD. With backlight, the font is clear and easy to read.There are three types of LCD display: reflective, transparent and semi-transparent.
 
1. Reflective LCD with a reflector behind the bottom polarizer, which is generally used outdoors and in well-lit offices.
2. The bottom polarizer of full-transparent LCD is a full-transparent polarizer, which requires continuous use of backlight, generally used in low-light environment.
3. Semi-transparent LCD is in between the above two, and the bottom polarizer can partially reflect light. Generally, it also has a backlight. When the light is poor, the backlight can be lit by LCD.
